Michael Laudrup is the latest managerial casualty in the Premier League.
These folk who run football clubs make me despair. Swansea City were lucky to have Laudrup. He will go on to much better things. And better clubs.
How come he was the hero a few weeks ago, talked about by fans and directors as classy and Swansea's answer to Pep Guardiola? Now, suddenly, he's not good enough for them.
So either they were wrong about him months ago, or they are wrong about him now. The impatience on the terraces and in the boardroom at football clubs . . .
