I have been amazed all week that some folk criticised the ride of James Doyle aboard Sea of Class, the runner up in the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe.
To finish so close to our 5/4 or 11/10 winner, Enable, was a fine effort when you consider how poorly drawn she was. You may question the hold up tactics of the trainer (as Pricewise, Tom Segal, of the Racing Post has done).
