Last Saturday saw myself and members win via Nordano, an 8/1 NAP at Ascot.
It’s always nice to back a horse that wins so easily, in this case by 16 lengths. That way you know that, just so long as the horse jumps that final fence, you are going to collect your winnings.
The clues were there. As I wrote to members the day before the race, Nordano had been beaten by much better horses than anything faced on Saturday and carrying a light weight is often a plus on testing ground.
