As long time subscribers to my VG Tips selections service know by now, I love big field handicaps and Grand Nationals. Today we won the Welsh Grand National for the second year running when Potters Corner was the first Welsh owned and trained winner of this race for many a year.
My preview analysis outlined why I fancied Pooters Corner and I was liking what I saw from him long before the finish of the race. Plenty of stamina, trained specifically to win that race and one that enjoys plenty of soft turf underfoot. Potters Corner was always up front . . .
