The daytime race meeting at Catterick and Yarmouth are poor. No, I shall go further. They are an embarrassment to the sport of kings.
At Yarmouth only one race has 8 intended runners. The others have 4 or 6 runners. What is that all about?
Jockey Ryan Moore could have a very good day at Yarmouth. And that is why he is going there. But, from a betting perspective, his likely winners will be priced at very short odds and I am a seeker of potential value.
It used to be easier to find value as recently as two years . . .
