The ground conditions horses are racing on right now will be very different from what they will be experiencing in May, when some of the big early season flat races take place.
You would expect the 1000 and 2000 Guineas to be run on better ground next month, so the form of the horses currently winning on Good to Soft or Soft going needs to be taken with a pinch of salt.
