I hate it when the weather changes in the UK.
It doesn't matter if that change is from wet to dry or dry to wet. Make no mistake, overnight weather conditions can make a mockery of tips offered the day before.
The Met Office is very good at predicting the weather these days. But even they cannot predict, 24 hours in advance, exactly how much rain will fall and how deeply it will get into the ground at a racecourse.
Don't take my word about conditions being vital for many horses. Top trainers will remove their horses from . . .
