Knights Parade was a good early price winner on Sunday. 7/4 when selected, the SP price was much shorter once Davy Condon rode Knights Parade to a third successive victory.
Knights Parade did lose his stride when a couple of horses in front of him fell late in the race. But the skilful jockey got our winner back in the race to win, in the end, with something to spare.
I was pleased with that winner because the first price was bigger than it should be and because it was a rare tipping visit for me to Downpatrick. But . . .
