The weather is a vital ingredient when it comes to betting on racing.
Some people still underestimate how important the going can be to the outcome of a race. "One of the most important factors" is what champion jumps jockey Tony McCoy once told me on camera.
For Wednesday the weatherman says there will be an East-West split.
The East should be dry, including Beverley races. The west of the country will be damp. That may well include Ffos Las and possibly Salisbury.
