It’s the middle of July already.
Where has this flat season gone? Never mind. Glorious Goodwood is with us soon.
Now long term followers of mine will welcome that news with mixed thoughts. Traditionally, Goodwood has been anything but glorious for me as a punter. And, over the years I have been totally honest about that fact.
And then, last year, Goodwood was glorious for me and members. Not sure if that was a one off fluke or a sign that, after all these years, I have sussed how to pick winners at Goodwood.
We will know soon enough.
But, before that, we have lower quality racing on offer for Tuesday.
I have trawled the cards at Beverley, Bath Kempton and Yarmouth and can find nothing of potential value.
One or two in theory obvious winners but they will be at prices too short risk.
Experience has taught me not to offer selections for the sake of it.
I shall be painting my nails on Tuesday… NO!, not really. Only joshing.
Back with some tips for racing on Wednesday, hopefully.
