As warned last week, new manager syndrome kicked in at Goodison Park last weekend. Amazing, isn't it? How footballers who have been awful for one manager for several weeks can suddenly come to life and remember what it takes to win football matches. Is it becuse they have achieved their mission, namely to have that manager sacked? Or is it because the outgoing manager was no good? or both?
