As I write the January transfer market is coming to a close. On the first day of February! It's pretty much an anti-climax these days. Gone are the years when clubs would splash big cash at this stage of the season. It's pretty mundane moves right now. A sprinkling of loan deals, or existing loans being turned into permanent moves.
