Another football season begins and I take out from the cupboard my crystal ball. Shaped like a football, it is not sponsored by some corporate company. It's just a plain, old fashioned crystal ball I use each August in the hope that, come the following May, I appear to have all the skills of someone who can look into the future and predict some ups and downs in four divisions.
