Those of us who like to bet on football have been itching for the sport to return. Now it has and we have the chance to enjoy watching the sport and beating the bookie.
My first odds against winning NAP bet of the returning Premier League season came last weekend when Wolves won at West Ham. The odds of 23/20 were simply too good to ignore.
Wolves are pushing for a top five or top four finish to the season and they won 0-2 at West Ham, a side dicing with danger near the foot of the table.
Chelsea also won for us at odds of 4/7 when coming from behind to win against another club trying to avoid relegation, Aston Villa. The Blues won 1-2.
The safety first Draw/No Bet option worked out for me when two late goals saw Watford and Leicester City draw. That way my stake was returned. Profitable punting is just as much about not losing your stake as it is about backing winners.
Subscribers to my VG Tips analysis and betting tips service have also received my fancies for games to be played this Tuesday night and I will continue to offer football tips until this delayed season is completed. And, before we know it, the new season will be with us. A full season of betting on matches in all leagues. Next summer, in 2021, we have the postponed European Championships to savour.
A full year of betting on football and, right now, my annual membership has been reduced to £150 for twelve months of football and racing tips. That works out at just £12.50 per month.
