But why join or return to VG Tips now?
The big one approaches. The most watched race in the world. The Grand National at Aintree on Saturday April 14th. The race for which I have picked the last two winners, at odds of 50/1 and 40/1.

April brings us not only the high profile Grand National at Aintree, but also the Scottish equivalent one week later and the high class Punchestown Festival between April 24th and 27th. Some top class horses race there, including some of our Cheltenham Festival winners.
As some of you will know, I have managed to pick the winner of the 40 runner Grand National for the past two years.
Which, even if I say so myself, is some achievement. Rule the World (above) was a 50/1 each way tip for the 2016 running and, twelve months ago, One For Arthur (below) was my 40/1 ante-post tip for the race.
The pressure is on to tip the winner of the Grand National at Aintree for the third consecutive year.
I’ll do my best to make it a hat trick of wins. It will not be easy. In such competitive, anything can happen races, it never is. Had the race taken place last week, we’d have been looking for a light weighted horse that had fins!
But who knows what the weather will do in the next week. Perhaps the ground at Aintree will dry out. We must wait and see. But I am studying form and have already sent to members my earlier ante-post analysis, thoughts and fancies for the Grand National of 2018.
Members of VG Tips have also enjoyed winning the Scottish Grand National at Ayr. Vicente won the race for us at odds of 10/1 in 2017 and Godsmejudge was our 14/1 winner in 2013.
April heralds the end of the jumps season proper and is the month when we see our first quality flat race meetings on turf. The Nell Gwynn Stakes is one of the feature races for the meeting at Newmarket on the 18th and 19th. In April, there are also good flat meetings at Newbury and Sandown.
Join for one month or one year. The choice is yours. There is no refund should you sign up for twelve months and then change your mind, but I am pleased that those who regularly pay for one year stay the distance, year after year.
I believe the profit they made from the Cheltenham Festival of 2018 alone paid for their membership fee – and with plenty more profit besides. And anyone signing up for a ear now, would be covered for the festival in 2019.
So consider joining VG Tips before the forthcoming 2018 Grand National. The three day meeting at Aintree begins on Thursday and there is some seriously quality racing on that day, the Friday and, of course, on Grand National day itself.
