Winning betting tips galore for members of VG Tips on the weekend of October 8-10th.
It all began on Friday with four winners at the races and a 13/10 winning NAP on the football.
The quartet of winning horse racing tips came at Newmarket and Chepstow. As always, subscribers were sent my racing analysis and betting tips the night before racing. When the following odds were on offer. VILLE DE GRACE at 4/1, NAP, (photographed above), KNAPPERS HILL at 1/2, INSPIRAL (NAP) at 4/5 and SISKANY at 10/3.
I offer horse racing AND football betting tips to members of VG Tips. My long established service aimed at helping fellow punters end the year in profit. Ahead of the bookmaker.
TRANMERE ROVERS winning at home against Colchester United on Friday night seemed like a value bet to me at an odds against price. Especially when, as I told my followers, Tranmere were on five game unbeaten run in all competitions. They beat Colchester 2-0.
So 5 winning tips on fab Friday, including 3 NAPS, at value odds. The early bird VG Tips punter profits once more.

Then it was on to Saturday and Sunday with more winners at the races and on the football.
Once again it was a mixture of flat and jumps racing tips. The attention at Newmarket was on the Godolphin pair, Coroebus and Native Trail, both trained by Charlie Appleby. The trainer rates both young horses highly and has big targets for them as three year olds next season. On Saturday, I placed the pair in a win only double.
COROEBUS (pictured above) won the Autumn Stakes for us and NATIVE TRAIL won the Dewhurst Stakes. Both Group 1 winners. Appleby says he doesn’t let the pair anywhere near each other at home. They are very different types both both very impressive. Coroebus will be fancied by many for the 2000 Guineas next year. He’s best price 6/1 for that race. Worth taking on each way terms. Stablemate Native Trail is the current 7/2 favourite for the same race. Will they take each other on come the final day of April 2022? Time will tell.
There was also a connected double at Chepstow where my two Paul Nicholls trained runners won. MAGISTRATO at 4/7 and TIMEFORATUNE at 4/6 were odds on winners at a meeting at which Nicholls always does well.
It was he who trained my only selection on Sunday. SKATMAN won for us at Market Rasen at value odds of 6/4.
When International football week comes along, some football punters can forget to look elsewhere for a bet.
I left the Nations League alone, opting instead to offer four lower league football tips at the weekend. Three of the four won.
In League 2, odds of 13/10 for a Tranmere Rovers home win represented potential value in the betting market. That’s what I try to spot on behalf of the loyal subscribers to VG Tips.
Along with the odds against Tranmere success on Friday night, there were winning bets backing IPSWICH TOWN at 20/23 and HARROGATE TOWN at 4/6.
